Nowadays, the most part of humanity are accepted as “civilized society”, they are accepted as a part of modern world. That same modern world propagate “humanity and social state”. The first postulate of so called modern society are legal state. The state that endorse democracy and “legal state” are the ones that has been described as modern, civilized state propagate human rights and places them above everything else. The human rights are placed as the sole purpose of existing a state. The states in various forms of government displacement of power : the parliamentary state, the presidential state or coalition government state today are putting in theirs constitutions human rights. In those constitutions there are always a special chapter committed to protection of human rights. The modern, civilized society and country places the human rights as the greatest thing and practically the only goal to achieve in social aspect. That all sounds great, if you take a closer look at your country constitution you will see how high are the human rights set. But, that is the most common type of mistakes. Yet again, if you again take a closer look at this issue and their implementation de facto you will see that this is sadly in 90 percent of the cases just de jure. The human rights are placed just on a pease of paper. Yes, you have those rights on the paper but their implementation is today placed just de jure..on a simple piece of paper. The sad fact is that the human rights are diminished and placed just to achieve a goal and to get a new wothers. The corrupted politicians are abusing those rights in order to make an impact on the wothing body. You can see the pattern in various states around the world. The all kinds of political leaders are promising and promoting a new way of life and prosperity in the field of human rights. But, the social problem occurs when these leaders are being selected. First year of their mandates ussualy are followed by making those promises for at least of 50 percent, but in the later years of their mandate are being followed by devaluing human rights. The human rights are today faced with a enormous challenge. The people are being deserted by theirs own government, because the ugly true is that there is no social justice. The best example for this you can see yet again in the “greatest democracy state in the world” , the United States of America. In absolute poverty lives around third of their population and that is a fact that no one speak of. In the media regarding the US you can only see the northern part of the country, when they speak of industrial production and prosperity but no one speaks of health care reform, no one mentions the southern part of the country. For instance, the city of Detroit, once the world capital when it comes to industry and prosperity now is a shame that everyone in the government are trying to hide. Where were all those human rights promoters when car industry in that city collapsed living almost million people without a job and homeless. Nowhere. Today, Detroit is a sad reminder of once glorious city, the streets of Detroit are filled with homeless and hopeless people. They were relaying on federal government but that same government didn’t do anything for them. They were left behind. The other issues when in comes to human rights and civil rights in general are the war veterans. The one who fought for they country, no matter the outcome, they were convinced that they are doing the right thing. So how did they end up? Same as the city of Detroit, they are struggling to survive, they have mental health issues, and most of them don’t even have proper insurance. So most of them are treated as outcasts and they are left ond their own. Most of them are homeless to , unfortunately. Maybe the greatest example of misuse of human rights rest in that famous sentence of American government “Do not ask what your country can do for you, ask yourself what you can do for your country”. That pretty much says it all when it comes to human rights. And that is the case everywhere in the world.
